An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our international community as PA to the Principal of the Westminster campus. The PA is a member of the Core Administration Team within the campus Administration Team. The role requires effective and clear communication skills, the ability to prioritise effectively and the ability to meet the dynamic needs of a busy tri-site campus. You will provide confidential, administrative support to the Principal and the senior leadership team for the smooth running of the campus. The role is also an important confidential link between the campus and the school’s HR and Finance departments. As a member of staff, the PA needs to work collaboratively, and is expected to do so in a collegial manner, this can be demonstrated through a willingness to work positively with people of different backgrounds, status and education. The role requires to help maintain a positive and collaborative working environment within the administration team, support staff, teachers and the wider school community.
