Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an experienced PA who will provide outstanding administrative support to the Bursar who is also Clerk to the Governors.  The successful candidate will provide a confidential secretarial service to the Bursar, ensuring that he is briefed for all meetings with relevant correspondence, documents/presentations and that his diary is kept up to day and accurate.

The role will be a busy and varied one so strong organisational skills and flexibility will be required.  Experience of minute taking would be advantageous along with a sound knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  The post is a high-level, front-line, secretarial and administrative role, with an expectation of high calibre work.

The job is part-time, 25 hours per week, term time plus 5 weeks during the School holiday periods and Inset Days.  Some evening work will also be required to attend Governor's meetings.
