PA to the Director of the Co-Curriculum 

Full time, all year round 

Circa £30,000 p.a.  

St Paul’s requires a confident and professional administrator to support the Deputy Head responsible for the day to day running of the school and for developing our co-curriculum offer.  The job will require high level administrative and organisational skills, competent use of a variety of IT software and excellent communication abilities.  

Applicants will be graduates, experienced in either PA/secretarial or administrative work.  A background in education and some knowledge of the independent school sector is highly desirable.  Key to this role is a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to work cooperatively as part of a wider team.  Great written skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines are all equally important.  

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18.  Housed in a grade II listed building on Brook Green, the school provides excellent facilities and is easily accessed by public transport (zone 2).
