We have an exciting opportunity within our development department for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant to the Directors is an integral part of the Development team, whose purpose is to help the three directors to maximise their day-to-day efficiency. The role provides full PA support to the Director of Development and, where appropriate, diary management and general administrative support to the Campaign Director and the Development Operations Director. The role is also responsible for assisting the volunteer committees run by the Development Office such as arranging and attending meetings, taking and producing minutes and papers.
