Job overview
We are seeking an experienced, professional PA to work closely with the Head of the Prep School to provide excellent organisational and administrative support in managing the day-to-day running of the school.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be confident in their approach and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail. The role includes the management of diary/appointments, and providing confidential and proactive administrative support. You will have strong IT skills and the ability to learn new IT systems. The role will require flexibility and use of initiative to provide a key support to the Head of the Prep School often within tight timescales, in a fast-paced environment.
