Personal Assistant to Principal

Start: ASAP

Hours: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 6, point 16 £23,230.00 FTE

We are seeking to appoint a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment, the role presents an exciting opportunity to support the work of the school through efficient administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries directed to SLT from both internal and external sources.

You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Academy.

The PA to the Principal will also be expected to undertake the role of Clerk to Governors, which will involve approximately four meetings a year that take place after school hours. This extra duty will receive an additional payment of £100.00 per meeting.

You will be a well-motivated and organised individual capable of working independently and as part of a bigger team. The successful candidate will join a supportive and friendly team.
