35 hours a week for 40 weeks a year (plus 5.4 weeks paid holiday)
We are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to join our team. You should have a vibrant personality and be proactive in your approach to supporting the Vice Principal with secretarial and administrative duties. The role will include working with the Principal and Vice Principal to raise the public profile of the College through all forms of media. It will also include editor responsibility for the college News and Staff Newsletter, College website (Google), Social Media & the college parent communications system as well as working with other Personal Assistants and the Data team.

You should have a proven track record of supporting senior staff and possess the ICT skills to do this effectively and efficiently. You will need to be a quick learner and have excellent communication skills. You should also have the ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, when necessary. Data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding awareness would be an integral part of your duties.
