About the role:

Teacher of A-level Drama, City and Islington Sixth Form College (0.3 part time fixed term)

We are looking for an outstanding teacher with high expectations of students to teach A-level Drama at City and Islington Sixth Form College. Drama is a popular choice for students at the Sixth Form with 60 students studying the subject in year 12. We also offer Dance, Music and Music Technology at A level within a vibrant Performing and Visual Arts department. 

If you are enthusiastic, innovative, care about students and want to work in a supportive and friendly environment, this may be the job for you. City and Islington Sixth Form College is a well-established and over-subscribed specialist A-level centre. We are situated on one site at the Angel in the heart of London and our wonderful students travel from across the capital to learn with us. All teachers are tutors to a pastoral group of up to 22 A-level students and we have a wide range of enrichment and extension activities to develop our students’ confidence and skills.
