Pastoral and Behaviour Team Leader

The school wish to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader, to lead and manage our team of Pastoral & Behaviour Managers who are responsible for the implementation of the school’s behaviour policy. This team works directly with students, provide mentoring and/or pastoral support to overcome particular obstacles to learning in relation to pastoral issues, for example, behaviour or attendance.

Required hours of work are:

Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-4.30pm,

Friday: 8.30am-4.00pm

An additional 2.5 hours to attend Senior Leadership Meetings
