Pay Range: WSCC Grade 4 Points 14 to 16
Actual Salary: £15,500 with Crawley Fringe allowance
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week TT + INSET starting from 8:15am and ending up to 5pm. Exact hours to be agreed across the available posts

As part of the further development of the pastoral operation of the school we a vacancy within our pastoral team.
Pastoral Assistants will support senior staff in their work with inclusion to ensure high standards of attendance, behaviour, welfare and learning are achieved. The successful applicant will be expected to work flexibly within the pastoral team, and be role models in terms of conduct, dress and professionalism. The ability to treat colleagues and students with respect and in line with our Mission and Vision is essential.
The successful applicant will have to meet the requirements as set out in the Person Specification which accompanies the Job Description. Presentation of the Application Form and covering letter will form part of the selection process as will practical testing and interviews on the day. Shortlisted candidates must be available for interview on the date indicated.
