This role is a Band 4 NJC scale points 11 to 17 and actual pro rata salary will be £19,001.15 to £21,397.65 per annum.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pastoral Manager who can support pupils to engage in their education by leading the provision to support student wellbeing, behaviour and attendance.

You will be responsible for working with pupils, parents, and staff to plan and deliver targeted interventions to assist pupils in removing their barriers to learning to allow them to participate fully in school life.

There will be opportunities to develop within the Academy and make a valued contribution to our children's learning.

You will:

Be qualified at GCSE or equivalent, including at least Grade C in English and Maths

Have experience of working in a school environment or other educational setting

Have experience of working with children or young people with additional needs

Have experience of working with parents of young children with additional needs
