We are looking for a Pastoral Support Assistant with a proven commitment to raising the aspirations of students to overcome their barriers to learning. We therefore wish to appoint an individual with high expectations and the ability to motivate students to secure improvements in their behaviour, attendance and outcomes. You will be part of a committed and enthusiastic pastoral team that supports students with their attendance, emotional, social and behavioural challenges. You must be extremely driven and able to demonstrate excellent professional standards.
