Framingham Earl High School has over 200 staff dedicated to providing First Class education. The Schools most recent Ofsted review rated them as a “Good School” which is a result of the high level of leadership and breadth of knowledge the leaders and Governors bring. Our GCSE results in 2019 saw the School achieve higher than the national average across a variety of subjects. As a School we pride ourselves on our community and family spirit where we ensure that our students feel valued and have a voice.
The School is focused on providing outstanding quality to their students and staff not only in education but also through offering an exceptional sports centre and an enrichment programme of extra-curricular activities.
This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work closely with our staff, students and parents. A pastoral manger will support the raising of attendance, attainment, improved behaviour and well-being of individual students.
A pastoral manager will be contributing to the management of the pastoral systems in school, as well as supporting the Guidance Team with attendance and behaviour.
The successful pastoral manager will also be a Designated Safeguarding Lead and work as part of the Safeguarding Team under the direction of the Senior Designated Lead.
While pastoral experience will be an advantage a wide range of training will be made available. We welcome applications from candidates who are capable of dealing with sensitive and confidential issues and have the ability to relate to young people, parents and staff.
As our pastoral manager, we will expect you to embrace our school values of: be heard, respect each other, enjoy and achieve, dream big, be creative and anything’s possible.
