Working Pattern: All year round, 52 weeks

If you are looking for a role you can grow in to, an opportunity to develop your career in HR and thrive on having the independence to give advice to others based on ethical values, Oasis Shirley Park is the place for you.

We are looking for the right person to join our team, detail oriented, confident, experience of supporting colleagues through processes,  ideally people processes in HR. As we search for the right person we are welcoming applications from those with varied levels of experience. If you have little to no experience in HR and are interested in OCL and a career move we would be interested to hear about your transferable skills and or willingness and motivations for the move. We would be willing to employ you through the apprenticeship route if this is something you are interested in pursuing.

About the role

As you join us you will be involved in maintaining elements of our single central record, supporting successful end to end recruitment and on-boarding. This will move on to include  processing monthly changes to employee’s terms and conditions, preparing employment documents and maintaining accurate and complete employee records both on the PD database (i-Trent) and in personnel files  alongside supporting other elements of the employee lifecycle. The role involves being hands on and navigating between regular tasks, responding to ad hoc queries.

You'll be joining a team of two reporting to the PD (HR) Cluster Manager who will give you the opportunity to drive your career development and the HR Officer whom all  work across the three sites of Shirley Park in a warm and fast paced environment.

This is a permanent employment opportunity unless offered as an apprenticeship, working all year round (term time working is not being offered for this role). Applications for those wanting to job share, work flexibly or work part time are also welcome.
