 Royal Russell is an HMC/IAPS co-educational school with over 1000 pupils between the ages of 3 and 18, situated on a beautiful green campus of 110 acres in the Shirley Hills near Croydon yet on the doorstep of London. The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) has recently judged the school as ‘excellent’ in all areas.

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, experienced and inspiring Performance Netball Coach, who shares our ambitious vision for the future. This role requires experience and dynamism, teamwork and dedication, and an enthusiasm for the subject.

Our Netball and football programmes specifically are considered alongside the best nationally. We have an outstanding extensive sporting programme with an excellent reputation for success in local, regional and national competitions.

You will work alongside our highly qualified teachers and specialist coaches, and nationally successful teams and individuals, sharing your passion and enthusiasm for sport.

This ensures we get the very best out of our pupils at all ages and levels in their sport at Royal Russell.

We offer professional development opportunities in coaching and you can learn from our outstanding strength and conditioning team that provide testing and develop programmes for all ability levels and age groups, at the cutting edge of sport science. They are forward thinking, using research into the latest coaching techniques, physical conditioning methods, performance analysis and sports psychology. 

Our exceptional onsite facilities include six floodlight netball courts, a new Olympic standard floodlit hockey pitch, 2 further floodlit all-weather games areas for Netball and tennis, a multiuse games area, 25m indoor pool, a large well-equipped sports hall, gymnasium, a strength and conditioning suite and a testing 5km cross country course.
