Personal Assistant to Principal / HR Administrator
Hours per week- 37
Working weeks - Term Time plus 4 weeks
Salary £20,275 - £21,600

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and driven full-time PA / HR Administrator. These duties will extend to the Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body. In the post, you will ensure that the Principal is fully supported in all aspects of her work, including confidential matters. This role will provide high-level administrative support, strategic time management, diary management and line management of Business Support Officers. In addition, with the support of the LA’s central HR services, you will also be dealing with all HR matters at the school.
The ideal candidate must be highly organised, IT literate and familiar with a wide range of IT systems including all Microsoft packages. School experience would be desirable but most importantly you must be flexible, articulate and demonstrate you can work both independently and part of a committed and highly effective team in a fast paced environment.
