This position represents an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated individual to contribute to the day-to-day running of a busy boarding school.

Glenalmond College seeks to appoint a suitable candidate for October 2021. This position is full-time and will ideally suit a candidate with experience of working in a public or private sector organisation who has experience at a similar level. The Personal Assistant to the Warden is a key member of the administrative and support staff with direct responsibility for supporting the Warden [headteacher] at the front line of internal and external communications. The candidate will deal confidentially, as required, with information of a sensitive nature and able to cope comfortably with colleagues from all levels of the organisation, members of Council, parents, visitors and guests. The successful candidate will be a key member of the College support staff with substantial administrative responsibility for all the life of the College.

The deadline

Interviews are planned take place in the week commencing 27th September 2021, although we reserve the right to interview and appoint at any time in the recruitment process.

The Interview

The appointment process will include an interview, a skills’ test, the opportunity to meet colleagues, as well as visit the College. Further details and a schedule will be provided in advance of the interview
