An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Personal Development Coach. Working with current Level 3 Foundation Programme (Level 2) students this role will plan, coordinate and deliver our NEW Personal Development Programme which aims to support student progression and to inspire them for their future careers and help unlock their potential, enhance skills development preparing students for future study and employment.

This is an interesting and varied job for someone with a desire to support student’s skills development and progression and who has good communication and organisational skills. The individual will be expected to manage a busy workload and have the ability to project plan and organise their work to meet varying demands.

This post would suit experienced candidates who can, manage and create their own lesson plans, work on their own initiative, work closely with our students and staff and has a keen interest in understanding education and who is committed to bringing out the best in every student.
