 We are looking to recruit a Personnel Officer to join our busy Administration Team.

Reporting to the School Business Manager, the right candidate will provide efficient and effective personnel administration in accordance with agreed School’s, Local Authority and National policies and procedures. The post holder will provide support to the Senior Leadership team on all personnel matters and will maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.

Lostock College is a mixed, secondary modern, Christian secondary school without sixth form situated in Stretford, Manchester. It is a community state school, operating under the Diocese of Manchester in an area with a large amount of selective grammar schools. Affiliated to two teaching alliances, the school works closely with Altrincham Grammar School for Girls and Loreto Grammar School. A smaller than average-sized secondary, it will provide 740 places for students aged 11-16, when fully subscribed.
