Are you an experienced Teacher ready for the step up into an exciting leadership role at Ryecroft Academy? Have you the vision, commitment and enthusiasm to help us continue to develop and deliver the best early years provision for every child?

Ryecroft Academy is a happy, friendly school with a strong community ethos and strong team commitment to improving the outcomes and aspirations of all our children. We are looking for a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher, who will work in partnership with the Principal and SLT to promote continuous improvement in our vibrant and happy school.

  • a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experienced in rigorous tracking and monitoring of children’s progress
  • able to coach and mentor staff to the highest      standards
