If so, we invite you to apply for the PE Specialist Teacher position at our new school in Phnom Penh. In this role, you will have the opportunity of being part of the inaugural team that founds Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh’s Early Years setting, opening in September 2022.
Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh is the newest member of the Shrewsbury family of schools. Shrewsbury School UK is well known for being one of the great English public schools. Founded in 1552 by King Edward VI, the School is celebrated for nurturing numerous distinguished alumni, including the famous naturalist Charles Darwin.
Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh, in turn, will provide children with an ambitious and holistic education. Our Early Years in Phnom Penh will open in the impressive new Flatiron building first, in 2022. Our purpose-built, through-school campus is being constructed in a second location in the North of the city, and is due to open in 2024.
We are currently looking for an outstanding, qualified PE Specialist Teacher to work with our Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Reception children, for an August 2022 start. Experience in international schools and nurseries is very welcome indeed. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about enabling all of our early learners to develop and hone their physical skills, both via play in the setting, and during dedicated PE and Swimming lessons.
