Physics Teacher sought by well-established British School in Spain.
The IALE Elian’s Educational Group was founded in Spain in 1967. It is jointly owned by the Monzonís family and Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES). IES operates 34 Schools in Sweden and employs 3,000 teachers. IALE-Elian’s is a group of international private schools (bilingual and British) founded in 1967, 2002 and 2009 in the Valencia region. In 2016 the group merged with the largest group of Swedish independent schools, Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES), with the desire to create and offer new experiences to our teachers and students, sharing knowledge and interactions between the educational groups.
You will be teaching Physics to A-level students (Year 12 and Year 13) and you will also be teaching general science to Year 8 & Year 9 students.
The school has around 380 pupils and three Science teachers - one for each Subject.
Requirements:
· A fully qualified teacher with UK teaching experience (PGCE/QTS)
· Outstanding subject knowledge
· Experience of teaching at IGCSE and ALevel
· A pro-active teacher who uses a variety of teaching and assessment methods
· Native level of English
· Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
· Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
