(37½ hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks of holiday time, 36 weeks in total) 

The Physics Technician co-ordinates the use of practical resources and facilities and provides assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the Physics curriculum, including liaising with all areas of the School and outside the organisation. The successful applicant will have good ICT skills. Some electronics skills and previous relevant experience would be an advantage. Science is a thriving department where Physics is taught to A Level. 

A working knowledge of, or interest in, Physics would be an advantage as would the ability to support the Chemistry Department. 

Salary based on Roedean NTS Points 20 – 24 (£20,337 – £22,989 per annum, pro rata). Actual salary £16,132 – £18,236 per annum.
