Playworker (part-time)

Morley Memorial Primary School is a happy, successful two-form entry school located just south of Cambridge city centre. 'Spectrum' is our extended provision which is located on the school premises.

Spectrum is a fun and busy club, where the children feel at home in a welcoming and stimulating environment. Breakfast Club provision runs from 0730-0845 and After-School Club from 1500-1800 Monday to Friday during term-time.

We’re looking for enthusiastic playworkers to join our friendly team of staff to provide a play-based childcare provision for children at our After-School Club. ( Hours 1500-1800)

Applicants should be enthusiastic, patient, conscientious and aware of their duty of care to the children in the setting. Flexibility and teamwork skills are obviously crucial, as is a sense of ebullience and the desire to play. Successful applicants will be expected to adhere to all policies and procedures of the setting and undertake appropriate training to compliment any existing qualifications and experience.
