An opportunity has arisen to appoint two full-time Pool Duty Team Leaders to start as soon as possible, to complement our existing dedicated staff team. The successful candidates will be required to carry out all swimming operations, to include lifeguarding, first aid, rotations, scheduling for staff, managing and maintaining public relations, janitorial duties, limited pool maintenance including daily testing, pool cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards. You will be trained to deliver and teach swimming lessons and therefore you will need to have a strong customer focus. Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as having a current National Pool Lifeguarding qualification.
