We wish to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and skilled Premises, Compliance and Health and Safety Manager to provide efficient and effective management of our large site. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • Management of the School building and site, ensuring it meets the operational needs in line with ‘Government guidance of Good Estate Management for Schools’
  • Responsibility for all Statutory Compliance and Health and Safety regulations
  • Responsibility for the School’s Planning and Preventative Maintenance Plan
  • Contribute to providing staff and students with a safe working environment by ensuring that the School is compliant with Health and Safety legislation and all statutory compliance.

Campion School in Bugbrooke, Near Northampton, is a co-educational secondary school. It became a Language College in September 1997 and an academy in 2011.

The school adopts the latest teaching pedagogy and staff engage in an internal teaching and learning development programme called “XL” (Leading to Excellent Teaching).  A continual evaluation cycle measures the effectiveness of Campion School’s work and identifies the next steps to be taken to ensure continuous improvement in all areas of teaching and learning.

To ensure that all students in the sixth form are challenged an motivated, the latest equipment for interactive lessons is utilised.
