We are currently looking to recruit a: 

Premises Officer – Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week all year round) 

Hours on a shift basis 

Based at The Cedars Academy in Birstall, part of the Lionheart Academies Trust 

Pay scale: Grade 6/7 £17,790 progressing to £20,544 (Dependant on experience and skills) 

We require an enthusiastic, confident and motivated Premises Officer to join our Premises Team. The Premises Team provides high quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the academy’s buildings and grounds, so that all pupils, staff and users have a comfortable, clean, safe and well maintained environment to work in. We would ideally like to recruit an individual that already possesses a trade in such areas as plumbing, electrics and carpentry.

The Cedars Academy is an 11 to 18 academy in Birstall Leicester which has recently been rated ‘Good’ in all categories by OfSTED. The Cedars Academy is part of the growing Lionheart Academies Trust which is led by ‘Outstanding’ Beauchamp College.
