The opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Arabic Teacher to join our Modern Foreign Languages department within our Primary school, starting ASAP. 

You will join a friendly and supportive team, contributing to teaching Arabic to native and non-native Arabic speakers. You should have the ability to teach Islamic Studies, and the ability to teach an additional language will be a distinct advantage. A degree in Arabic and a teaching qualification will be complemented by your willingness to contribute in a positive manner to all aspects of the college including extra-curricular activities. 

About you

To be successful, you will have a passion for languages and the ability to apply a range of teaching strategies that motivate and encourage children to want to learn. You will be able to deliver lessons that inspire children to succeed, have a detailed knowledge of the UK National Curriculum, as well as a commitment to the pursuit of excellence in education standards.

We are a British international school and all of our lessons are taught in English. A high standard of written and spoken English is therefore essential.
