Job overview

Videte Bona Domini

The Primary School require an experienced, highly motivated, inspiring and committed Class Teacher to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

We are heavily oversubscribed in both the primary and high schools, and both were graded Outstanding by Ofsted in every category in our 2015 inspections. We will have our first Year 5 class in September.

You may well be planning to return to teaching after taking some time out or someone with some experience looking for a new challenge. This position would be ideally suited to someone with at least two or three years of teaching experience however that should not preclude other outstanding practitioners applying, even potential NQTs.

The post will be exciting and fulfilling and will suit a candidate with energy and the ability to work with a team of dedicated teachers. You will be joining an experienced and exceptional Primary team who will provide a strong and supportive platform for you to develop your career further.

The chance to be part of the design and creation of such a school is a once in a career opportunity for people passionate about improving the life skills and chances for children created in God’s image.

If you are interested in this position and would like further information, please see our website www.strichardreynolds.org.uk then apply by:

  • CES application form
  • with the names of two referees and
  • a supporting letter that includes the detail requested in the letter to prospective candidates

Please contact Claudine Richardson at recruitment@srrcc.org.uk for further information.

Closing date: 20th April 2018

St Richard Reynolds Catholic College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants will undergo appropriate child protection screening including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
