Role:

Part of our vision is to grow and as we do this in the primary sector, we are delighted to advertise for three primary practitioners. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for three exceptional candidates specialising in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team.  The role of primary practitioner will focus on engaging and supporting students ensuring that they all have access to high quality teaching and learning throughout their education.   

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure teaching and learning in the classroom maximises the potential of all students
  • Ensure good and better progress for all students within groups taught through the planning and preparation of high-quality lessons which engage, motivate and support learners and adhere to the Academy Teaching and Learning Strategy
  • Be accountable for the progress of pupils taught
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of an innovative and engaging curriculum, including an inclusive and exciting extra-curricular programme.
  • Be dedicated to personal continued professional development
  • Share and support the school’s responsibility to provide opportunities for personal and academic growth
  • Strive to deliver a consistently excellent standard of teaching
