Bridge Academy Trust is an emerging Multi Academy Trust which has, at its heart, the core principles of: the journey of a child from 3-19 and the local community that surrounds each school. The common threads that run throughout each of the schools are ‘Enjoy, Enrich, Achieve’. From September 2018 the Trust will comprise of two secondary schools and four primary-phase schools, with more looking to join for January 2019.
This is a new post to be based in Ongar working for three local primary schools. The Trust is fortunate enough to be working across the one High school and its three closest primary schools in Ongar. The aim of this position is to add capacity to the three local primary schools to enable further high quality professional development, collaboration and school improvement work. We are looking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who would be available for 2 or 3 days a week and is flexible to work with different classes.
Specific areas of responsibility initially include:
· Teaching classes at each school (1 day in each of the schools per week) key stages 1 & 2
· Supporting transition work between key stages (KS1-2-3).
