Vision for Education are looking for a Primary Teacher to teach across all key stages at a Northampton based Pupil Referral Unit.  

You will be working with pupils who have been permanently excluded from mainstream school and require a bespoke educational experience to get them back on track and ready to re-emerge themselves back into mainstream schools. The pupils may exhibit challenging behaviour at times, and a higher than regular amount will have additional needs such as Social Emotional and Mental Health issues and/or Special Educational Needs (such as Moderate Learning Difficulties or Autistic Spectrum Conditions). 

This is a temporary position with a high potential to go permanent.

To be considered for the position, you will:

- Have QTS or be an NQT and have experience of working as a Teacher.

- Be experienced in working with children or young adults with special educational needs and exhibiting challenging behaviour. 

- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
