Part-Time Primary Teaching Assistant / Wavertree/ Feb/March 2020 Start

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Primary Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and to work in a local Primary school in Wavertree, Liverpool. 

This dynamic single form entry school welcomes applications from enthusiastic Teaching Assistants looking for their next challenge.  Working in classes across both Key Stages, successful applicants can expect to work with children with a range of learning styles and abilities, with some minor elements of SEND and EAL across the school.

The school offers a solid support strategy, with all staff working towards a common goal of helping one-another to create the most inclusive and safe environment for the children and themselves.  Promoting effective Safeguarding and positive classroom attitudes means children enjoy coming to school and feel welcomed and safe every day.

The desired Primary Teaching Assistant will be working 3 days a week, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. The desired TA must have experience of working across Key Stage 1/2 and be flexible in their approach.

 To be considered for the position of Primary Teaching Assistant you must:

Have experience supporting education across KS1 and KS2

Hold a minimum of level 2 qualification designed to support children in education

Have a passion for helping in the classroom and supporting the learning of all children
