A career defining opportunity

Required for September 2021, an exceptional and experienced leader to take on a unique role combining the leadership of Wellsway School with executive support for IKB Academy.

Wellsway School is a successful 11-18 mixed comprehensive (NOR 1266) that shares a large site in Keynsham with IKB Academy, a 14-19 STEM studio school (NOR 185).

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding school leader to further their strategic leadership experience through combining the role of principal with that of an executive leader.

In addition, the post holder will have the opportunity to work closely with the two primary phase schools that also share the campus.

The schools are part of Wellsway Multi Academy Trust that runs 13 schools across the West of England. The successful applicant will be part of the wider trust leadership team, with the opportunity to undertake school improvement work across the trust.
