The Opportunity

As the Principal/CEO of the National School for Boys you will have the opportunity to set and develop the unique culture of this premium international all boys school for the local community. The school had a soft launch in September 2017 on the site adjacent to the Girls school and opened with 250 students Foundation Stage to Year 9. We are now looking for an exceptional Principal to take the school forward from September 2018 to its full capacity of approximately 2000 students across the full age range. The community is predominantly Emirate and other Arabic speaking countries and offers a high quality bi-lingual education, through the National Curriculum for England.

You will be a highly successful and proven leader with a track record of outstanding educational excellence and should have a current working knowledge of the National Curriculum for England.

An Arabic speaking leader would be desirable although this is not essential as well as experience of working in the UAE.
