Values and vision

Leger Education Trust - Truly great students in truly great schools

Our vision is simple......we want to nurture all our students to be amazing young people who are ready to shine and shape our world. Through excellent teaching, leadership, governance and parental support we will achieve this together and, as a result, have schools of which we can all be proud.

We want all students to feel safe and “at the heart of Campsmount”.  We also want to support them in becoming “outstanding citizens”, and help them to understand that through commitment, effort and hard work, anything is possible.

Our Academy has four core values:  Pride, Ambition, Integrity, and Responsibility. We believe that students are the best ambassadors for these values, and encourages them to display an enthusiasm for learning, a thirst for knowledge and a genuine sense of community.

Ofsted

“The excellent leadership of the headteacher has led to significant improvements since the last inspection. Senior leaders work effectively as a team with other leaders.”

“The quality of relationships between pupils and adults in the school is impressive. A real sense of working together and purpose exists. Pupils’ behaviour is excellent. The school has high expectations of both behaviour and learning.”
