Are you a talented leader looking for a new challenge?
If you are a current or aspiring Principal with the passion and commitment to lead our school through ongoing change and take it to the next level of successful performance, we would like to hear from you.
Established in 2014, the Maltby Learning Trust is a locality-based model, built on the continued and sustained success of the founder school Maltby Academy and partner primary schools. The Academy is a ‘good’ school with outstanding leadership, management and capacity to improve. The success of the school is built on the recruitment and professional development of talented staff, the inspirational young people, a commitment to high expectations and traditional values and our outward facing engagement in partnerships.
Within the Trust, there are currently two 11-18 secondary schools and four primaries, including an outstanding EYFS provision. We are looking for a forward thinking, dynamic and resilient leader who, working in collaboration with Trust Executive Leaders, will provide operational and strategic leadership to take the Academy to the next level of educational excellence.
The colleague appointed will be a natural leader, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at a strategic level within the Trust. It is crucial that the successful candidate has a sound understanding of the latest educational landscape and how to achieve success within these parameters.
Equally as important, is an understanding and commitment to working with local partners as part of a broader community transformation agenda.
