Shellharbour Anglican College was established in 2004 as part of the Anglican Schools Corporation. Our mission is to ‘build a learning community dedicated to excellence and equipping to serve’. We are a College known for our commitment to drawing out the very best in each student, the dedication of our staff and our contribution to the local community.

Under the wonderful leadership of the Foundation Principal, the College has grown into a vibrant educational community of over 700 students from Prep through to Year 12. With many new families moving to this beautiful area just south of Sydney, shaped by the Illawarra coastline and escarpment, it is an exciting time to lead the College through the next decade.

We are looking for an outstanding educational leader, with an active Christian faith, to lead this much-loved College through its next phase of development. If you are excited by the opportunity to inspire and lead the whole school community, to equip a generation of young people for a changing future, and to knit all of this together through a clear articulation and demonstration of the Christian faith, we would be pleased to hear from you.
