Principal of Magna Academy Poole 

Salary negotiable (based on experience) + performance bonus

Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? We are looking for an experienced and successful educator to take on the role of Principal of Magna Academy Poole in order to take this outstanding academy to the next level of development.

Magna Academy Poole has been an Aspirations Academy for the past 5 years, moving from Special Measures to achieving two consecutive outstanding Ofsted reports, most recently in December 2018. GCSE results for the past two years have been excellent with a progress 8 score of over +1.

Aspirations Academies Trust is now looking for a Principal to creatively develop the academy, to embed the Aspirations ‘No limits curriculum’ into Years 7, 8 and 12, to further grow the Sixth Form and to provide a high quality education that prepares students for a successful life in the 21st century.
