Base: A Secondary Academy in the North East

Are you someone who is passionate about inspiring children to achieve their full potential? Do you have the passion, drive and commitment to rapidly raise standards?

We are seeking exceptional candidates who have a proven track record in achieving and sustaining rapid improvement in outcomes in the secondary sector. You will have substantial experience in secondary education, with a range of different leadership and management roles working as part of a senior leadership team at a strategic level. You will demand ambitious standards for all students, overcoming disadvantage and advancing equality whilst instilling a strong sense of accountability in staff for the impact of their work on student outcomes. 

Our vision as a Trust is to constantly focus on standards as we understand that outcomes are paramount. Our decision making is driven entirely by what is best for children. By doing this we enhance the life chances of the children in our care and contribute to the regeneration of our communities.
