An experienced leader with courage, passion and conviction is required to help students and staff exceed their potential at IES Breckland, an ambitious free school in Suffolk educating children from 11 to 16 years old.

It is preferable that the successful candidate has previous experience as headteacher/principal or vice/assistant head, and a proven track record of leading outstanding schools through lifting aspirations and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
IES Breckland requires an exceptional communicator with the ability to shape and formulate the future. However, this must be complimented by a strong and stable sense of business acumen.
The principal will work closely with Sabres Educational Trust, Governance and the International English Schools, who have operated the school in Brandon, Suffolk together since September 2012.
