To be successful, you will have a passion for your subject and the motivation and energy to lead a team of teachers, improving student outcomes. You will be dedicated to all students, ensuring that they get the support and encouragement they need to succeed. Excellent communication skills with both students and staff will be essential in order to develop a positive, hard-working and productive department. It’s a competitive market out there, and we want to know what it is that makes you the one we can invest in. Detail your successes in your covering letter and get us excited about you.
