Principal

ICS is a growing chain of British and American Curriculum Schools, with over 30 years in the Abu Dhabi educational system.  We are a supportive community looking for an inspirational leader for our newly built 5th Campus based  in Khalifa A.

The right Candidate will have / be:

• Vision and drive to  take this start up school on its journey from Good to Outstanding
• Flexible and innovative in their approach to their work.
• Committed to providing high quality education for the highest possible outcomes of students.
• Committed to the development of the school and to their own professional development.
• A postgraduate  qualification in education, NPQH or other qualification equivalent to QF Emirates Level 8 or above
• At least  10 years experience in the education sector; 3 of those in a Vice Principal role, or as an educational advisor or equivalent.
• Experience and in depth knowledge of the American or British  Educational Systems

Other desirable, but not essential qualities would be

• Prior experience as a Principal, Headteacher or Super Intendent.
• UAE experience 
• Bilingualism ( English and Arabic)
