The British Schools is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and visionary Principal to work in an innovative and changing environment at its large K-12 bilingual school, in the leafy suburbs of Montevideo. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced school leader who will embrace the overall responsibility for the management of the whole School and will lead with energy, passion and positivity.

Competencies, qualifications and experience:

·Masters degree.

·Fluent English Speaker. Fluent command of spoken and written Spanish.

·Excellent communication, teamwork, networking and interpersonal skills. 

·Experience in meeting strategic, operational and administrative goals
       within an international IB school environment.

We offer a caring and professional working environment, assisted by the Senior Leadership Team in the planning and implementation of the School Development Plan, with the support of the Board of Governors.
