We are one of the largest Further Education Colleges in the UK with more than 20,000 learners studying with us on a wide range of courses. Our mission is to equip people with the skills they need to be successful in education, in work and business and in their personal lives.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Programme Lead with experience and knowledge of the legal industry to join our professional team working at the St Margaret's Campus and the City Skills Centre.

With a focus on managing and delivering CILEx programmes at both level 3 and level 6, we are looking for an experienced applicant with the ability to teach a range of legal subjects including practice units.

You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who promotes exciting learning experiences. You will have a student centred approach, committed to providing support to 16-18 year olds on study programmes as well as adults and apprentices studying professional qualifications.

You will be responsible for quality of provision on the programme which will require liaison with CILEx and with industry partners and employers, particularly concerning professional practice content.

We can only accept applications from those holding a "qualifying" law degree or CILEx equivalent - as this is a requirement of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and ideally, you will already hold a teaching qualification as well as be educated to Level 2 minimum in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent).
