The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. Children eligible for free school meals are less likely to get good GCSEs and go on to higher education. We work with thousands of brilliant teachers, schools, universities and partners in England and Wales and we are seeking a fantastic Programme Manager to join our School Leadership team.
The Programme Manager will play a critical role in driving forward the school leadership activity as a technical expert ensuring that each programme for which they are responsible is delivered on time, in full and to high quality. They will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of new programmes including its reporting, quality assurance and continuous development.
You have strong Project Management capabilities and are able to lead in developing and implementing complex project plans that have implications across departments or the organisation. In addition you have proven experience managing all stages of a process to ensure delivery of results within set timeframes and budges, including: resource allocation and management; issue identification and resolution; quality assurance and evaluation.
