Progress Coach

(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

Salary: £18,545 per annum

The college is looking to recruit into the role of Progress Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our team of Progress Coaches.  The successful applicant will have the opportunity to play an essential role in helping students to plan their next steps, supporting them to have high aspirations and to consider a broad and ambitious range of careers. 

Successful applicants should have the ability to engage with a diverse range of students, internal colleagues, and external professionals, to ensure that our students receive the appropriate level of support to enable them to achieve their learning aims. 

Applicants need to demonstrate previous experience of working in a support role.

Chesterfield College is a highly successful and vibrant College based in North Derbyshire with excellent pass rates and high student success levels. Our location is key to our success in attracting  students from north and south Derbyshire, Buxton, Derby and South Yorkshire and Sheffield.
