Truro and Penwith College has a number of vacancies across a range of new European Social Fund (ESF) projects, which will address skills gaps and support individuals with training and information, advice and guidance across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

ESF DEVELOPING LEADERS

This project will deliver a strategic approach to developing leadership capabilities and upskilling the workforce in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly through flexible and innovative leadership training that will support both career development and business growth.

This role will have responsibility for the co-ordination of all project activity relating to the ESF Developing Leaders project and will be responsible for the successful delivery of project outputs in partnership with The Cornwall College Group and the project’s Steering Group. Applicants should be highly motivated and have a proven track record of successful project management and delivery, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.  An understanding of the delivery of European funded activity would be desirable and the ideal candidate would also be adept at developing successful relationships with businesses and external stakeholders.
