Truro and Penwith College has a number of vacancies across a range of new European Social Fund (ESF) projects, which will address skills gaps and support individuals with training and information, advice and guidance across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

ESF DEVELOPING LEADERS

This project will deliver a strategic approach to developing leadership capabilities and upskilling the workforce in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly through flexible and innovative leadership training that will support both career development and business growth. 

A motivated and effective candidate is sought to support the Projects Team in the co-ordination and administration of participant activity delivered through the ESF Developing Leaders project. The prime responsibilities of the Project Support role will be to provide administrative support to the project team and to offer a professional, supportive service to all participating learners. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, and have the ability to work to deadlines. This is a fast paced, challenging and varied role within a successful team and requires an individual with proven administration and IT experience.
