In this role, the Purchase Ledger Clerk is responsible for the School’s Purchase Ledger and day-to-day tasks will include processing of purchase orders, invoices and purchase payments, and to support other members of the Finance team with accounting and administrative duties.
This is a varied and busy role and the ideal candidate must be well organised and able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. We would also require previous experience in an Accounts Payable/General Accounting role, accounts payable software and computer literacy. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
